The S25HS512TFAMHB013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and SPI protocols with read speeds up to 83 MBps (SDR) and 102 MBps (DDR), operates at 1.7–2.0 V, and features Endurance Flex architecture for high endurance and retention. Integrated ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects double-bit errors. Sector protection and SafeBoot enhance reliability. Supports -40°C to +125°C.
