S25HS512TFAMHB010 is a 512 Mbit automotive Quad SPI NOR flash in the HS-T family, operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40°C to 105°C. It supports Quad I/O SDR up to 166 MHz and Quad I/O DDR up to 102 MHz (102 MByte/s bandwidth) for code storage and XIP. Built-in ECC (SECDED), CRC, SafeBoot, AutoBoot, and sector protection support ISO 26262-compliant designs. RoHS and halogen free. Reflow 260°C.
