S25HS512TDPNHB013 is a 512 Mbit SEMPER™ NOR flash for automotive systems, using a Quad SPI interface at 133 MHz SDR or 66 MHz DDR (66 MByte/s bandwidth). It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across -40 to 105°C. Functional safety support includes ISO 26262 compliance with ECC (SECDED), data-integrity CRC, SafeBoot diagnostics, and an OTP secure silicon region for IDs and configuration protection.
