The S25HL512TFANHM013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad, Dual, and standard SPI protocols with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it offers flexible sector architecture and up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles with 25-year retention. ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC, SafeBoot, and AEC-Q100 qualification enable use in automotive and industrial applications.
