The S25HL512TDPNHI013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory utilizing Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting both uniform and hybrid sector architectures with 256 KB and 4 KB sectors. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets industrial and automotive AEC-Q100 Grades 1–3 (−40°C to +125°C). The device features Quad SPI up to 102 MBps DDR, advanced ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit detection, and ISO26262 ASIL B compliance.
