S27KS0642GABHM020 is a 64-Mbit HyperRAM self-refresh DRAM with a HyperBus interface and 8-bit DDR data bus for high-bandwidth memory expansion. It supports 1.8 V VCC from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, clocks to 200 MHz for up to 400 MBps (3,200 Mbps) throughput, and operates from -40°C to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). It is offered in a 24-ball FBGA (VAA024) with Hybrid Sleep and Deep Power Down modes.
