The S70KS1282GABHM023 is a 128-Mbit HyperRAM self-refresh DRAM with HyperBus interface, 8-bit DQ plus RWDS and RESET#, in a 24-ball FBGA (1.00 mm pitch). It supports 200 MHz DDR transfers for up to 400 MBps (3,200 Mbps) and 35 ns maximum access time (tACC). AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C), 1.7 V to 2.0 V VCC, with configurable burst lengths and deep power-down and hybrid sleep modes.
