The S27KL0642GABHM023 is a 64-Mbit HyperRAM self-refresh DRAM with a HyperBus interface, 8-bit DDR data bus (DQ[7:0]) and RWDS, plus CS# and RESET#. It supports up to 200 MHz clock and up to 400 MBps throughput, with configurable linear or wrapped bursts (16/32/64/128 bytes) and hybrid wrap-to-linear burst. Operating range is 2.7 V to 3.6 V VCC over –40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
