The S25HS02GTDPBHV153 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die package. It supports Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps, operating at 1.7–2.0 V or 2.7–3.6 V. Safety features include ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC with single-bit correction and double-bit detection, and SafeBoot. Typical uses are automotive, industrial, and embedded systems. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified and supports –40°C to +125°C operation.
