Features include ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, Endurance flex architecture, ECC with SECDED, minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles, 25 years retention, advanced sector protection, and automotive temperature range (-40°C to +105°C, AEC-Q100 grade 2).
