The S25HL512TFAMHM013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon’s 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad, Dual, and standard SPI protocols with data rates up to 102 MBps, flexible sector architecture, and a 256/512-byte page programming buffer. ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, integrated ECC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex enable up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year retention. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and supports AEC-Q100 automotive grades.
