S80KS2563GABHA023 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM with an Octal xSPI interface for 1.8 V systems. It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz for up to 400 MBps throughput and 35 ns max access time, using an 8-bit DQ bus with RWDS and CS# plus hardware RESET#. The device is AEC-Q100 Grade 3 qualified for -40 to 85°C operation and is offered in a 24-ball FBGA (5 x 5, 1.00 mm pitch).
