The S80KS2562GABHA020 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM with a 1.8 V HYPERBUS™ interface, optional differential clock, and 8-bit DDR DQ[7:0] plus RWDS strobe. It runs up to 200 MHz for up to 400 MBps bandwidth and 35 ns maximum access time. Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 3 (-40°C to 85°C) and 1.7 V to 2.0 V VCC support low-pin-count external RAM in a 24-ball FBGA (1.00 mm pitch).
