The S25FL127SABNFI101 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, supporting single, dual, and quad SPI interfaces with read speeds up to 54 MBps (Quad I/O, 108 MHz). It features 24/32-bit addressing, 1024-byte OTP, flexible sector protection, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C), it is ideal for automotive and industrial code shadowing, XIP, and data storage applications.
