The S29GL128S11DHBV23 is a 128 Mb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (VIO: 1.65 V to VCC). It offers a 16-bit parallel interface, random access of 90 ns, and page access as fast as 15 ns. Uniform 128 kbyte sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, and hardware ECC enable reliable storage. Operating from -40°C to +105°C, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles. AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification makes it suitable for automotive use.
