The S29GL128S11DHBV13 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory based on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It delivers random access times down to 90 ns and page access as low as 15 ns. Operating from a 3.0 V core with versatile I/O from 1.65 V to 3.6 V, it features a ×16 data bus, uniform 128 kbyte sectors, hardware ECC, and suspend/resume commands. With 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year retention, it is suited for automotive, industrial, and networking embedded use.
