It features a 16-bit data bus, 100 ns random access, and 25 ns page access. With 512-byte buffer programming, uniform 128 kB sectors, advanced sector protection, and internal ECC, it ensures reliable code and data storage for automotive and industrial applications over -40°C to +105°C.
