It delivers random access times as low as 90 ns and page mode access down to 15 ns, with a 16-bit data bus and 512-byte programming buffer. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it features advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. The device supports -40°C to +105°C and meets AEC-Q100 standards.
