The S29GL128S10TFIV20 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse 65 nm technology. It delivers random access times down to 90 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, and supports I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. It is used in automotive ECUs, industrial controllers, and embedded systems.
