The S29GL512T12TFN010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) GL-T MIRRORBIT™ NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. It supports ×8/×16 data bus, asynchronous 32-byte page read, and a 512-byte programming buffer. With random access as fast as 120 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, it is ideal for embedded code and data storage.
