The S29AL016J70BFN020 is a 16 Mbit (2M × 8-bit/1M × 16-bit) 3 V boot sector Flash memory with 70 ns access time and 2.7 V to 3.6 V operation. It features flexible sector architecture, hardware sector protection, and standby or sleep currents down to 0.2 μA. Qualified to AEC-Q100 for automotive use, it supports up to 125°C and is available in a 48-ball Fine-pitch BGA Pb-free package. JEDEC command set and CFI support ensure reliability for automotive and industrial uses.
