The S29GL128S10FHIV20 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory built on MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse 65 nm technology. It delivers random access times of 90 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, with a 16-bit data bus and versatile I/O voltage from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, it features a 512-byte write buffer, uniform 128 KB sector erase, and internal ECC.
