The S29GL01GS11TFI013 is a 1 Gb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory device with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O supporting VIO from 1.65 V to VCC. It features a 16-bit data bus, random access as fast as 100 ns, and page mode read down to 15 ns. Programming uses a 512-byte buffer with internal ECC for single-bit error correction. Uniform 128 kB sector erase, advanced sector protection, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure reliability.
