It features 110 ns random access, 25 ns page mode, ×16 data bus, 128 kB sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C) and industrial use, with 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20 years data retention.
