The S29GL01GS11TFB010 is a 1 Gb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous page-mode read with random access times down to 110 ns. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and supports –40°C to +105°C operation.
