The S29GL01GS11FHIV10 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous page-mode read with random access times down to 100 ns and page access of 15 ns. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, supports versatile I/O from 1.65 V to VCC, and withstands –40°C to +105°C.
