It delivers random access times of 100 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, with a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous read. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, uniform 128 kB sectors, automatic ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. Operating from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2), it is designed for embedded and automotive storage.
