It delivers random access as fast as 110 ns, a 16-bit data bus, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Supporting 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and advanced sector protection, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified for automotive use from -40°C to +105°C, with internal ECC for single-bit error correction.
