The S29AL008J70BFM020 is an 8 Mbit (1M × 8-bit/512K × 16-bit) 3 V boot sector Flash memory with top or bottom boot options, built on 110 nm technology. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, offers 70 ns access time, and comes in 48-ball BGA and 48-pin TSOP packages. Features include flexible sector architecture, sector group protection, ultra-low power, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification for –40°C to +125°C. It is JEDEC-compatible and supports CFI for in-system reprogramming.
