It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, including DDR read modes, with maximum read rates up to 80 MB/s. Hybrid and uniform sector options, robust data protection, and 20-year data retention are included. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, in LGA package, it supports –40°C to +105°C industrial plus range.
