It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, up to 133 MHz SDR and 80 MB/s DDR quad read speeds. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) requirements and offers advanced sector protection, ECC, and 20-year data retention.
