The S25FS064SAGMFM010 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, DDR read up to 133 MHz, and operates at 1.7 V to 2.0 V.
