The S25FS064SAGBHN020 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and ECLIPSE architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, SDR up to 133 MHz, DDR up to 80 MHz, and operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V.
