It features 133 MHz SDR and 80 MHz DDR interfaces, supporting Single, Dual, and Quad I/O with up to 80 MB/s DDR quad read. Built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, hybrid and uniform sector options, advanced sector protection, and a 1024-byte OTP region.
