The S25FL512SDSMFV011 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory based on Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. Supporting single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, including DDR modes, it operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, with up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read speed.
