The S25FL512SDSMFBG10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture, supporting single, dual, quad I/O, and DDR commands for high-speed operation. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, with automotive temperature grades up to 125°C.
