The S25FL512SDSBHV213 is a 512 Mb automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it handles temperatures up to 125°C. Applications include code shadowing, XIP, and secure automotive data storage.
