It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply and supports I/O voltages from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. The device achieves up to 80 MBps read rates (Quad DDR, 80 MHz), offers 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention.
