The S70KS1283GABHB023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with an Octal xSPI interface and 8-bit DDR data bus using RWDS. It supports a 200 MHz clock (up to 400 MBps) with 35 ns tACC, operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, and is specified for Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C). It comes in a 24-ball FBGA package with configurable burst lengths and refresh power modes, including Hybrid Sleep and Deep Power Down.
