S70KS1283GABHB020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with an Octal xSPI DDR interface (8-bit DQ, RWDS, CS#, RESET#). It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V VCC/VCCQ, supports up to 200 MHz clock with up to 35 ns tACC, and delivers up to 400 MBps throughput. The device is in a 24-ball FBGA and supports configurable linear or wrapped bursts plus Hybrid Sleep and Deep Power Down.
