S70KS1283GABHA020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with an Octal xSPI interface, 8-bit DQ[7:0], CS#, RWDS, and RESET#. It supports 1.8 V I/O (VCC/VCCQ 1.7–2.0 V) and runs up to 200 MHz DDR for up to 400 MBps (3200 Mbps) throughput with 35 ns max access time. Configurable linear/wrapped bursts and Deep Power Down are supported. AEC-Q100 Grade 3, -40°C to +85°C, 24-ball FBGA.
