S70KS1282GABHV020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) using a HYPERBUS™ interface for low-pin-count memory expansion. It supports up to 200 MHz DDR transfers for up to 400 MBps throughput with 35 ns maximum access time. The 1.8 V device operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across –40 to 105°C (industrial plus) and includes hybrid sleep and deep power-down modes in a 24-ball FBGA.
