S70KS1282GABHB020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS interface and 1.8 V-only I/O (VCC/VCCQ 1.7 V to 2.0 V). It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz for up to 400 MBps and 35 ns maximum access time. AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C), it comes in a 24-ball FBGA (BHB), with 8-bit DQ plus RWDS/RESET#, partial or full array refresh, and hybrid sleep and deep power down.
