S70KL1283GABHB020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with an Octal xSPI interface for high-bandwidth external memory expansion. It supports 200 MHz DDR operation for up to 400 MBps throughput and 35 ns maximum access time. The 3.0 V-only I/O supply range is 2.7 V to 3.6 V, in a 24-ball FBGA package, with configurable burst (linear or wrapped) plus Hybrid Sleep and Deep Power Down modes.
