The S29GL512T12DHN010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting x8/x16 data bus and a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply. It delivers random access times down to 100 ns, page access as fast as 15 ns, and features a 512-byte programming buffer. With advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles, it is qualified for automotive and industrial use from –40°C to +125°C.
