The S29GL512T11TFV010 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory based on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, supports ×8/×16 data bus, and asynchronous page read with access times as fast as 15 ns. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, advanced sector protection, uniform 128 KB sectors, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles. Applications include automotive ECUs, industrial controllers, and networking equipment.
