The S29GL512T11TFB010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) MIRRORBIT™ flash memory with parallel interface. It features a 3.0 V core supply, versatile I/O voltage from 1.65 V to 3.6 V, and ×8/×16 data bus. Maximum random access time is 120 ns, page mode access as fast as 25 ns, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Internal ECC, 128 KB sectors, advanced protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure reliability across –40°C to +125°C.
