The S29GL128S10FAIV10 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), based on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, random access as fast as 90 ns, page access as fast as 15 ns, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Uniform 128 KB sectors, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure data integrity.
