It features a 16-bit data bus, 100 ns random access, and a 512-byte programming buffer for fast writes. Uniform 128 KB sectors, advanced sector protection, and internal ECC ensure reliability. Operating from -40°C to +105°C, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive and industrial use.
