The S29GL128S10DHB023 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with random access time of 100 ns and page access as fast as 25 ns. It operates on a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, supports a ×16 data bus, 512-byte programming buffer, and robust ECC.
